CBAM-ABX.DK (or “the Site”) is a presentation site for ABX 2.0 ApS, offered via the URL https://cbam-abx.dk, which also includes a blog to provide useful information to readers. tsi-target.ro is owned and operated by ABX 2.0 ApS, based in DENMARK.

When we say “GDPR,” we refer to Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

“Personal data” means any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”);

According to the law, you, as a site visitor, are a “data subject,” meaning an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is someone who can be identified, directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more specific factors of their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE DATA?

We store personal data only for the necessary period to fulfill the purposes, but no more than 5 years from your last visit to the site or last interaction with us.

HOW DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not disclose your information to third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes without your consent. However, we may disclose your information to the following entities:

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

  • Right to withdraw consent: If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time and free of charge by sending an email to office@group-marketing.com with the subject “withdraw consent.”

  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

  • Right to go to court;

  • Right of access: You have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether or not we process personal data concerning you and, if so, access to that data.

  • Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Considering the purposes for which the data was processed, you have the right to complete incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement.

  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): In certain situations, such as when (1) the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, (2) consent has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing, (3) you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing, or (4) the personal data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to obtain the erasure of data concerning you without undue delay.

  • Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to obtain restriction of processing if one of the following cases applies:

    • (a) You contest the accuracy of the data for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data;
    • (b) The processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the personal data, requesting instead the restriction of its use;
    • (c) We no longer need the personal data for processing, but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
    • (d) You have objected to processing in accordance with Article 21(1) of the GDPR, pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override your rights.
  • Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and the right to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from us, where:

    • (a) The processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR or on a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR; and
    • (b) The processing is carried out by automated means.
  • Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you: You do not have this right if the decision:

    • (a) Is necessary for entering into or performing a contract between you and a data controller;
    • (b) Is authorized by Union or Member State law applicable to the controller and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard the data subject’s rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests; or
    • (c) Is based on your explicit consent.

Please note the following:

  • Timeframe: We will try to respond to the request within 30 days. However, the period may be extended for specific reasons related to the legal right or the complexity of your request.
  • Restriction of access: In certain situations, we may not be able to provide access to all or some of your personal data due to legal provisions. If we deny your access request, we will inform you of the reason for the refusal.
  • Impossibility to identify: In some cases, we may not be able to search for your personal data due to the identifiers you provide in your request. An example of personal data we cannot consult when you provide your name and email address are data collected through browser cookies.

In such cases, if we cannot identify you as a data subject, we cannot comply with your request unless you provide additional information that allows for identification.
